Team Role:
ABA Therapist - Equine Assisted Horse Specialist - Youth Programming Coordinator - Neurodivergence Specialist
Courtney is a Registered Behavioral Technician specializing in working with neurodivergent children and individuals of all abilities. She brings compassion, structure, and adaptability to every session, meeting each client where they are and helping them grow with confidence.
A lifelong athlete, Courtney understands the power of team bonding, trust, and leadership. She knows that people thrive when they feel safe, supported, and part of a team... and that true growth happens when individuals trust their leader to guide them with consistency and care. This philosophy shapes how she creates safe, collaborative spaces for both children and families.
As a professional photographer and videographer, Courtney has a natural ability to bring out the best in people. Her creative background enhances her therapeutic work by fostering connection, self-expression, and confidence in every interaction.
An avid traveler and certified equine-assisted specialist, Coco combines cultural awareness, safety expertise, and intentional horsemanship to provide thoughtful education and meaningful experiences. She is committed to ensuring the well-being of both clients and horses, creating an environment where learning, healing, and connection can thrive.
Courtney’s love for Rogue Reins is rooted in her lifelong connection to horses. Horses have always represented safety, honesty, and healing for her, offering connection without judgment and communication without pressure. She believes horses have an incredible ability to sense emotions, mirror behavior, and respond authentically, making them powerful partners in growth and healing.
Courtney knows therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. For many children, especially those navigating social challenges or developmental differences, traditional therapy can be overwhelming. Spending time with animals, particularly horses, allows healing and skill-building to happen naturally and at a child’s pace.
With a deep passion for working with children and animals, Courtney is driven to create experiences that help kids build confidence, connection, and the life skills they need as they grow into adults.
At Rogue Reins Ranch, the heart of the work is helping others. Each experience is thoughtfully curated to meet the unique needs of every client, creating moments that are meaningful, empowering, and unforgettable.
From leadership development and teamwork to confidence-building and connection, Rogue Reins is a collective of dedicated individuals united by a shared mission: to create a better world... one person at a time.
