WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: August, 2026

Welcome to Rogue Reins Ranch, LLC (“Rogue Reins Ranch,” “RRR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions apply to use of our website, reservations, purchases, visits to Rogue Reins Ranch, and participation in our nonclinical services and experiences.

By completing a reservation or purchase and accepting these Terms, you agree to the provisions applicable to your booking. Participation in equine activities may also require completion of a separate Equine Activity Release, participant information form, and other service-specific documents.

USE OF WEBSITE

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person, or otherwise misuse the website or its forms.

SERVICES & BOOKINGS

Rogue Reins Ranch offers equine experiences, trail rides, lessons, events, educational programs, horse appearances, and related services.

Services are subject to availability and to considerations including weather, trail and property conditions, horse health and welfare, participant suitability, equipment, staffing, and safety.

Rogue Reins Ranch may modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel an activity when reasonably necessary for the safety or welfare of guests, staff, horses, or property.

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

The cancellation, refund, rescheduling, deposit, package, membership, or expiration terms displayed during booking or purchase apply to that transaction.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular service, participants are expected to arrive on time and prepared to participate. Late arrival may shorten an experience or prevent participation when there is insufficient time to safely complete required preparation.

Failure to complete required forms, follow applicable safety requirements, or provide accurate participant information does not create a right to a refund.

WARNING — GEORGIA EQUINE ACTIVITY LAW

Under Georgia law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for injury to or death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of animal activities, pursuant to Chapter 12 of Title 4 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated.

Participants should also review and sign the separate Rogue Reins Ranch Equine Activity Release before participating when required.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Horses are living animals whose behavior can be unpredictable. Equine and ranch activities involve inherent risks including falls, bites, kicks, collisions, sudden movement, reactions to people or surroundings, equipment-related incidents, natural terrain, weather, and the actions of other participants.

By voluntarily participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the activity. A parent or legal guardian completing required documents for a minor does so on behalf of that minor to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This website acknowledgment does not replace the separately signed Rogue Reins Ranch Equine Activity Release.

PARTICIPANT INFORMATION & SAFETY

Participants must provide accurate information reasonably requested by Rogue Reins Ranch, including information relating to age, height, weight, riding experience, accessibility needs, or other considerations relevant to safe participation and appropriate horse matching.

Rogue Reins Ranch may modify an activity, change a horse assignment, require additional safety precautions, or decline participation when staff reasonably determines that an activity cannot proceed safely.

Participants and visitors must follow staff instructions and remain within authorized areas. Guests may not enter horse enclosures, approach or feed horses, handle equipment, open gates, or interact with animals unless authorized by RRR staff.

HELMETS & APPROPRIATE ATTIRE

Participants must follow the clothing, footwear, helmet, and safety-equipment requirements communicated for their specific activity.

Helmets are available and encouraged for riders. Rogue Reins Ranch may require particular safety equipment for specific participants or activities when staff determines it is appropriate for safety.

ALCOHOL, DRUGS & IMPAIRMENT

Participants and accompanying guests must arrive and remain sober, alert, and capable of understanding and following ranch instructions.

No person may ride, mount, handle, lead, feed, approach, or otherwise interact with a horse while impaired by alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs, misuse of prescription or over-the-counter medication, or another intoxicating or impairing substance.

Lawful medication use is not prohibited. However, a person may not participate when a substance, medication, behavior, or other condition affects—or reasonably appears to affect—the person's judgment, balance, coordination, reaction time, communication, behavior, or ability to participate safely.

Rogue Reins Ranch may refuse, restrict, or immediately end participation whenever staff reasonably determines that a person cannot participate safely. Staff are not required to administer an intoxication test or determine which substance may have been used.

Refusal or removal for impairment or unsafe conduct may be treated as a same-day cancellation and may result in forfeiture of the applicable booking fees.

CONDUCT

Threatening, abusive, reckless, destructive, harassing, or unsafe behavior is prohibited.

Rogue Reins Ranch may require any person whose behavior poses a safety concern or materially disrupts an activity to stop participating or leave designated areas of the property.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rogue Reins Ranch is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles, tack, equipment, electronics, or other personal property brought onto the premises, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

EQUINE ACTIVITY RELEASE

Equine participants may be required to complete the Rogue Reins Ranch Equine Activity Release before entering designated horse areas or participating.

Each adult participant must complete the required release for themselves. A parent or legal guardian must complete the required release for a minor.

The Equine Activity Release contains additional provisions concerning assumption of risk, release of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other rights and responsibilities. For matters governed by that signed agreement, the signed Equine Activity Release controls over these general website Terms.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

Rogue Reins Ranch may photograph or record ranch activities and events. Permission to use an identifiable participant's image or likeness for advertising or promotional purposes will be addressed through a separate media permission or event-specific notice where applicable.

Guests must follow staff instructions regarding personal photography, video, drones, flashes, and other equipment around horses.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Scheduling, payments, electronic signatures, communications, and other website functions may be provided through third-party services.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider's applicable terms and privacy practices. Our handling of personal information is described in the Rogue Reins Ranch Privacy Notice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rogue Reins Ranch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of this website.

Liability arising from participation in equine activities is governed by applicable Georgia law and, where applicable, the separately signed Rogue Reins Ranch Equine Activity Release.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any arbitration, jury-waiver, venue, or dispute-resolution provisions relating to equine participation are governed by the applicable signed agreement rather than this general website provision.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
