Terms, Booking Policies & Ranch Rules
Last Updated: August 10, 2026
These Terms, Booking Policies & Ranch Rules apply to the Rogue Reins Ranch website, reservations, purchases, events, and nonclinical experiences offered by Rogue Reins Ranch, LLC (“Rogue Reins Ranch,” “RRR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using this website, purchasing a product or package, or completing a reservation, you agree to the applicable portions of these Terms. Participation in an equine or ranch activity also requires completion of the separate Rogue Reins Ranch Equine Activity Release and any service-specific forms.
The person making a reservation must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the selected payment method. The person making the reservation is responsible for providing accurate booking information, paying the charges associated with the reservation, and sharing applicable policies with all guests.
Accepting these Terms does not authorize one adult to sign a liability release for another adult. Every adult participant must complete their own Equine Activity Release. A parent or legal guardian must sign for a minor.
Prices, deposits, package terms, taxes, processing charges, and payment requirements are displayed during purchase or booking. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers.
A reservation is not confirmed until the booking system displays confirmation or Rogue Reins Ranch provides written confirmation. Guests are responsible for reviewing the appointment type, date, time, number of participants, and contact information before submitting payment.
All bookings are non-refundable.
A reservation may be rescheduled when Rogue Reins Ranch receives at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time cannot be refunded, credited, or rescheduled.
Failure to attend is treated as a same-day cancellation. Arriving unprepared, arriving impaired, refusing required safety equipment, failing to complete required forms, or being unable to participate because materially inaccurate rider information was provided does not create a right to a refund, credit, or rescheduling.
Special events, private events, packages, memberships, presales, and third-party collaborations may include additional terms displayed at purchase. When a product-specific term differs from this general policy, the clearly disclosed product-specific term controls.
Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to complete check-in, equipment fitting, horse matching, and safety preparation.
A late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time. Rogue Reins Ranch may shorten, modify, or decline to begin an experience when there is not enough time to complete required preparation safely.
Ranch activities take place outdoors and may proceed during light rain, ordinary temperature changes, and typical seasonal conditions.
Rogue Reins Ranch may modify, postpone, relocate, or reschedule an experience because of lightning, severe weather, unsafe footing, excessive heat, horse health, equipment concerns, staffing emergencies, property conditions, or another safety or animal-welfare issue. Rogue Reins Ranch makes the final determination regarding operating conditions.
When Rogue Reins Ranch determines that severe conditions require rescheduling, the reservation may be moved at no additional charge. A guest’s decision not to attend because of mild or ordinary weather remains subject to the standard cancellation policy.
Horses are living animals, not interchangeable equipment. A particular horse, route, mounted component, activity, or schedule may be changed when necessary for horse welfare or participant safety.
Participants must provide complete and accurate information regarding age, height, weight, riding experience, relevant limitations, and other information reasonably needed to assess safe participation and horse matching.
For rider safety and horse well-being, weight considerations may apply. Please contact Rogue Reins Ranch with questions before booking.
Rogue Reins Ranch may change a horse assignment, convert an activity to a ground-based experience, impose additional safety requirements, or refuse participation when staff determines that the planned activity cannot proceed safely.
Private trail ride participants must be at least 10 years old. Kiddie rides are intended for children ages 4 through 9. Other services may have separate minimum ages, supervision requirements, or participation standards stated in the service description.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or other adult authorized under the applicable program rules. Children must remain supervised while on ranch property.
A parent or legal guardian must complete all required releases and permissions for a minor. An unrelated adult should not sign as a parent or guardian unless legally authorized to do so.
Closed-toe shoes are required for horse activities. Long pants are strongly recommended for mounted experiences.
Mounted participants must wear a helmet supplied or approved by Rogue Reins Ranch. Participants must use equipment as instructed and may not alter, remove, exchange, or misuse tack or safety equipment.
Every participant and accompanying guest must arrive and remain sober, alert, and able to understand and follow ranch instructions.
No person may mount, ride, handle, lead, groom, feed, approach, or otherwise interact with a horse while impaired by alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs, misuse of prescription or over-the-counter medication, or another intoxicating or impairing substance.
Lawful medication use is not prohibited. However, a person may not participate when medication, a substance, behavior, or another condition affects—or reasonably appears to affect—judgment, balance, coordination, reaction time, communication, behavior, or the ability to follow instructions.
Rogue Reins Ranch may refuse, restrict, delay, or immediately end a person’s participation whenever staff reasonably believes the person cannot participate safely. Staff are not required to administer a test, identify a substance, or establish legal intoxication.
A refusal or removal under this section is treated as a same-day cancellation and does not qualify for a refund, credit, or rescheduling. The affected person must remain away from horses and restricted ranch areas and is responsible for arranging safe transportation. Rogue Reins Ranch may contact an emergency contact, emergency medical services, or law enforcement when reasonably necessary to protect people, animals, or property.
Participants and guests must follow staff directions, remain in authorized areas, respect gates and barriers, and avoid sudden or disruptive conduct around animals.
No person may enter an enclosure, approach a horse, feed an animal, release an animal, handle equipment, or open a gate without staff permission.
Rogue Reins Ranch may remove any person whose conduct is threatening, abusive, harassing, destructive, unsafe, or disruptive to horses, participants, staff, or property.
Every participant who rides, handles, leads, grooms, feeds, photographs with, assists with, observes from a designated horse area, or otherwise participates near horses may be required to complete the Rogue Reins Ranch Equine Activity Release before participation.
Booking acceptance is not a substitute for the signed release. A person who has not completed the required release may be denied access to horse areas or participation.
Packages, memberships, gift certificates, and presale products are governed by the validity period, transfer rules, eligible services, redemption requirements, and other terms displayed when purchased.
Unless the product description states otherwise, these products have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Expiration dates and transferability should be reviewed before purchase.
Acceptance of these Terms does not, by itself, grant Rogue Reins Ranch permission to use an identifiable participant’s image or voice in promotional materials.
Promotional media permission will be requested separately. Event attendees may also be notified when general event photography or filming is taking place.
Guests may not use photography, video, drones, flashes, or other equipment in a manner that distracts horses, interferes with an activity, invades another guest’s privacy, or creates a safety concern.
Equine-assisted learning, coaching, recreation, and educational content are not medical diagnosis or treatment unless a service is expressly identified as a clinical service delivered by a properly licensed professional.
Clinical therapy services are subject to separate informed consent, privacy, emergency, billing, recordkeeping, and professional-practice documents. Website terms and recreational waivers do not replace those clinical documents.
Information on this website is general information and should not be treated as medical, psychological, legal, or emergency advice.
Website text, photographs, graphics, videos, branding, logos, designs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Rogue Reins Ranch and may not be copied, republished, sold, or used commercially without permission.
Users may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, misuse forms, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Rogue Reins Ranch uses third-party providers for website hosting, appointment scheduling, payments, electronic signatures, email, text messaging, analytics, and related services. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
Rogue Reins Ranch is not responsible for an interruption or failure caused solely by a third-party platform, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with confirmed reservations and payments.
Information submitted through the website, booking system, payment provider, participant forms, or waiver platform is handled according to the Rogue Reins Ranch Privacy Notice and applicable service-specific privacy documents.
Physical participation involves risks that are addressed in the separately signed Equine Activity Release. Nothing in these website Terms replaces, narrows, or expands that signed agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any arbitration agreement, jury waiver, venue provision, or dispute procedure relating to physical participation applies only as stated in the separately signed, attorney-approved agreement governing that activity.
Rogue Reins Ranch may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. The terms presented and accepted at the time of a booking will govern that booking unless a change is required by law or separately accepted.
